Northern Trust Connection Instructions (Morningstar ByAllAccounts Feed)

Note: Money Managers (internal or external) and RIAs may be able to use this feed for Trust accounts. Banking accounts may not be used on this feed.

Step 1: Request Feed Setup from Northern Trust

• Contact your Northern Trust relationship manager and ask that daily account extracts be added to new Consolidation on the files created for Morningstar ByAllAccounts

Step 2: Provide Account Numbers (If Needed)

• Northern Trust may ask you for a list of the account numbers to be added (the document should be protected with a password)

Step 3: Notify Aggregation Support

• Please notify your normal aggregation support channel once these steps have been completed and confirm who should be authorized to access the feed along with an email address for them to send the feed password to.

Step 4: Await Confirmation from Morningstar

• ByAllAccounts will confirm data has been successfully added to the feed, authorize user access, and email the feed password to the address provided.

• Please share the credentials with support@greenboard.com and we will get the feed connected for you.
