Greenboard – Mainstar Trust Financial Connection Instructions (Morningstar ByAllAccounts Feed)

## Advisor Instructions

1. Please contact Mainstar Trust's Client Reporting team at [ClientReporting@MainstarTrust.com](mailto:ClientReporting@MainstarTrust.com) to request that your data to be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
   
   - Mainstar Trust may require a 3rd Party Authorization form to be completed.
2. Once setup is complete, Mainstar will provide an email confirmation to you and ByAllAccounts with an Office Code.
3. Please share the Office Code with [support@greenboard.com](mailto:support@greenboard.com) and we will use this to request the data feed via ByAllAccounts. From there, we will direct your data feed into your Greenboard account.
