## Advisor Instructions

1. Please reach out to your Pontera (Formerly FeeX) Partner Engagement Manager (or [support@pontera.com](mailto:support@pontera.com)) and request that your data be added to the Morningstar SFTP feed.  
   - Please should copy [byallaccounts-custodians@morningstar.com](mailto:byallaccounts-custodians@morningstar.com) on the email request.  
   - Pontera will assist with completing a rider and platform training before initiating the feed.
2. Once Pontera completes the request, they will confirm and provide a File ID to you and ByAllAccounts.
3. Please provide the File ID to [support@greenboard.com](mailto:support@greenboard.com) and we will work with ByAllAccounts to aggregate the feed.
