Advisor Instructions
- Please reach out to your Pontera (Formerly FeeX) Partner Engagement Manager (or support@pontera.com) and request that your data be added to the Morningstar SFTP feed.
- Please should copy byallaccounts-custodians@morningstar.com on the email request.
- Pontera will assist with completing a rider and platform training before initiating the feed.
- Once Pontera completes the request, they will confirm and provide a File ID to you and ByAllAccounts.
- Please provide the File ID to support@greenboard.com and we will work with ByAllAccounts to aggregate the feed.
