# Greenboard - Microsoft Monitoring Access Instructions

This process is for connecting Greenboard to the Microsoft Graph API. This will enable access to **Email** (Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online) and **Teams**

*Please note, we highly recommend ensuring your Microsoft account has proper retention settings for archiving purposes. You can find those [instructions here.](https://support.greenboard.com/articles/2379359657-how-to-check-microsoft-365-retention-settings)

**Step 1: Login to your Greenboard Administrator Account -** [**Link**](https://my.greenboard.com/)

*Optional: If you do not have a Greenboard account, please continue to step 2.

### Step 2: Go to the **Greenboard Connection Portal -** [**Link**](https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/adminconsent?client_id=d2e4e7b6-c81b-40bb-8e8e-ce0ba775e431&redirect_uri=https://my.greenboard.io/integrationsetup/office365)

### Step 3: Log in with your Microsoft **Administrator Account**

### Step 4: **Approve Greenboard Access**

### **Step 5: Please email the Tenant ID to** [**support@greenboard.com**](mailto:support@greenboard.com) **, and specify if you would like to archive both Outlook and Teams, or just Outlook.**
