Note: This service uses Morningstar's SFTP server to download institutional account information sent via AssetMark in daily file extracts. Interested parties must have a registered Advisor relationship with AssetMark. Additionally, AssetMark will require that the user complete authorization paperwork before setting up data on the feed.

Step 1: Request Feed Setup from AssetMark

• Contact AssetMark by emailing BETASupport@assetmark.com to request that the data be added to the MorningStar ByAllAccounts feed.

Step 2: Provide Account Identification

• You will need to provide AssetMark with an identification method for their data. This can be:

• AssetMark IP/Rep Code - this is a six-character code that you may know as their Rep ID

• Dealer Code

• Account Number (this should only be used if specific accounts need to be linked to the feed instead of on the Rep/Dealer Code level)

Step 3: Receive Feed ID

• Once completed, AssetMark will confirm with you and ByAllAccounts of the feed ID

Step 4: Notify Morningstar Support

• Notify the ByAllAccounts Support team once these steps have been completed and confirm who should be authorized to access the feed along with an email address for them to send the feed password to.

Step 5: Await Confirmation from Morningstar

• ByAllAccounts will confirm data has been successfully added to the feed, authorize user access, and email the feed password to the address provided.
