Open Positions
Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative at Greenboard, you’ll be the tip of the spear for our go-to-market motion, generating pipeline and creating the first conversations that turn financial institutions and regulated businesses into customers. You’ll research target accounts, craft compelling outbound, and turn evolving compliance pain points into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage environment, and a rare ground-floor opportunity: you’ll help establish and build Greenboard’s West Coast presence from our new Phoenix, Arizona office. This is a full-time, on-site role at our new West Coast office in Phoenix, Arizona.
Account Executive
As an Account Executive at Greenboard, you’ll own the full sales cycle for complex, high-impact deals with financial institutions and regulated businesses—from first outbound touch through close. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape pipeline strategy, refine positioning, and turn evolving compliance pain points into compelling commercial conversations.
Senior DevSecOps Engineer
We're looking for a hands-on security engineer to own and scale our security posture as we grow. You'll be the first dedicated security hire on our engineering team, which means you'll have a direct hand in shaping how we think about security — from compliance frameworks and vendor diligence to infrastructure hardening and secure development practices. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to make sure we're building securely, meeting the compliance bar our fintech customers expect, and staying ahead of threats as we expand internationally.
